While I can program in Flash and HTMl when needed I prefer to customize WordPress or Joomla sites for clients. I find that doing this allows them to update the sites easier on their own. Small local businesses rarely have the need to use complex HTML sites that require myself or another developer to maintain it for them. Instead if a site uses something with as simple to use interface updating it becomes a joy. Here are some of my site designs:
